CLIMBING OUT OF THE DEPTHS OF SHALLOW LIVING

We are living in an era of entitlement. The material demands that are made of us by this generation are as an established or recognized right. The children of today requests for attention are unceasing. Their insistence on the accomplishments of others are as thought it were rightfully due them. We must guard against spoiling the future of this world by the overindulgent wasteful behavior of the younger generation.

We should witness to everyone. People who are demon possessed, or of an unclean spirit, desire to be set free. Those on earth who make their home amongst the dead are tormented by demons that only God can bind. When people are cruel and inhumane, God must rebuke legions of demons to calm the storm which brews within those consumed.

What do we have that God hasn't given us? Those who are greatly gifted should understand that nothing originates with us. Our God given gifts are instruments that we learn to master and are a source of enormous pride. When being prideful takes over our lives, God will use pain to break us, reaching through the pride to bring us back into His fold. We are then like broken instruments that God can use to make beautiful music through our dependence on Him.  

When people show you a strong positive emotion of regard and affection, which is too obvious to be doubted, treasure the time spent with them. The characteristic of loyal and faithful conduct exhibited by someone in your life, is rare and deserves to be cherished and acknowledged.    

A nation divided by politics, race, religion, gender and social status is separated into parts and pieces resembling a fork or branches of a tree. It is no longer solid; having no gaps or breaks, but is soft and yielding to pressure. A once united nation, now divided by internal differences, presents itself as vulnerable to those that would seek its demise. This divided house proudly struts its internal conflict of accusations that fellow countrymen are responsible for some lapse or misdeed for the world to witness. One day realizing that everyone of the world is not in the best interest of the nation. Lead as one, or prepare to follow those truly United.

Be a person regarded as an inspired teacher, a proclaimer of the will of God. A person who inspires with confidence by giving hope and/or courage to darkness dwellers of the world. When God assigns us to do His will, this divine assignment is not subject to change or variation. 

If opposites attract, why do opposing religious views repel? Those with a different spiritual perspective watch from a distance to see how we function as members within our places of worship. The unfair treatment of a person or group on the basis of prejudice of any kind should not be the standard, model, or pattern regarded as typical of those within faith congregations. There should be no politics within the house of God, for this will surely cause power struggles. No mosque, synagogue, basilica, cathedral, church, or chapel can effectively attract those with different life experiences when their customary way of operation is to repel.

The word of God is forever relevant. When reaching for souls on a worldwide scale, the church must become militant. In a world of radical religion, we are called out to establish unity under the concept of church. God is humanity's only mediator. Under systematic theology, we are all made to drink of one spirit as fellow citizens under one triumphant church. There will be one flock under one Shepherd. But there are other flocks not of this fold.

Look what sin has reduced lost followers of idols to. Therefore you shepherds of lost souls, hear the word of God. When shepherds feed themselves, and do not feed the flock, their flock shall become prey. Let true people of God seek those sheep who are lost and deliver them that they should not become meat to be eaten. Although man may fail, God will not fail. Seek the restoration of God, those of you who have gone astray. Offer hope at home, and the young will not seek it elsewhere.  

In the final chapter of man's existence on earth, people who manifests devotion to Christ shall be persecuted in parts of the world. We should consider this time in history as "End Times." The question we as believers are asked, "Will you die for Christ?" He who has given His life for you. There are people in the world with radical ideas and opinions about the christian faith. There are many with extremist political views considered far beyond the norm of a compassionate society. Should a man be murdered for his beliefs? Is it spiritually justified to kill for the faith?

God loves you. I love you. I am your advocate. You can count on me. We share each-others joys and pains. We pray for one another. You nor me are ever alone because we have each-other. You are so beautiful to me. I support you. I trust you. We confide in each-other. When you smile, it brings a smile to my face. I rejoice in your accomplishments with you. I admire you. I pray for you to reach your highest good. You matter to me. I see all of the great things inside of you. You are a priority to me. Together, in God we trust. Thank you for being my friend. Remember these things should I forget to tell you everyday!  

If we walk in sin, we are already doing the work of the enemy. We will find very little resistance when sin occupy's our life. However, once we have given our life to God, the enemy will attempt to destroy our faith through the thoughts of the mind. Like waves of the ocean, iniquities are upon us causing trouble in achieving positive results, or tending to produce negative ones. There are hostile groups of people, men, women and children collectively, as if members of an armed adversary military force engaging in war on, in opposition to, our belief in God. Through God's Word, we are like an army who can measure oneself against iniquity workers. God is like a great General who always gets credit for His army's victory.

In affliction, we know this experience produces innate complex attributes that determines our moral and ethical actions and reactions. It is during our trials and tribulations that our God given virtues, which expectations are centered around, provides us the general feeling that our desire will be fulfilled.

Lack of forgiveness and a heart of an ill-tempered and offensive disposition causes our prayers to go unheard by God. He resists the proud.

Exercise your senses to discern good and evil. Prayers of the wicked are not heard, unless it is remorse for past conduct seeking redemption. Live righteously and He will hear your cry. God requires us to live a life that honors Him.

Meekness overpowers pride when we walk in God's wisdom. Walk wisely with possession of controlling influence and demonstrate power under control. Be anxious for nothing.

Be kind to, and forgive one another as God forgave you. Hold on to the unchanging hand of God as His rivers of living water flow. Faith and trust in God will feed your spiritual hunger and quench your thirst forever.

Can conflict be productive? Is there a such thing as clean fighting in marriage? When the foundation of marriage is the Word of God, the harder the conflict the more glorious the triumph. Build marriage on a solid foundation and watch as it yields positive results, succeed, and be marked by favorable outcome.

Our faith must be greater than fear. The state of needing something that is absent or unavailable is where faith begins. This is the circumstance out of which God will cause something divine, fruitful, and/or amazing to happen for us to give Him the glory.

As an utterer of useful maxims, let your testimony by word and deed to your religious faith point out or draw attention to God. Give responsibility to God to fulfill His promise.

Know how to play the card of truth. It is dangerous, yet a good person cannot avoid speaking it. But great skill is needed. The most expert doctors of the human body pay great attention to the means of sweetening the pill of truth. For when it deals with the destroying of illusion it is the perfect example of bitterness.

When you are with the Lord, He is ever present in your life. His Word serves as permanent evidence of the path of light He sends to guide us daily. 

The judgement of God will set darkness upon the land of sleeping nations. Their kings shall be horribly afraid as they are slain by the sword of God. All of them shall be slain who caused terror in the land of the living. God will bring down the earthly glory of evil empires at the destruction of their nations.

The most meaningful effect on our self esteem is how we are loved. When the love of people fails us, the love of God is a dependable wellspring.

To seek declarations of approval or commendation from people is a disservice to yourself. Requiring others to express a favorable opinion, evaluation, estimate the nature, quality, ability, extent, or significance of your accomplishments is a flaw in your personality. Only God's endorsement matters.

Be careful not to inflate the importance of oneself as you would a balloon. As there is an equal and opposite reaction to filling our public perception with gas or air. This can cause our reputation to burst in a sudden release of forcefulness.   

The best thing in life is not a thing.  Living under the grace of God makes everything better.

We must alter our behavior and regulate what we do, so as to conform to God's standards for life.

There is strength in union. When seeking a spouse, don't look for the "one", just be the "ONE."

We enter into the study of God's Word with a child's heart. There, no sorrow can hurt us, not like it has hurt us before. The virtues afforded believers, are to be considered and held as true.

A stoic  is seemingly indifferent to emotions.  As they may achieve happiness by their surrender to destiny, a saint surrenders to God as everything works toward our highest good. 

At times, we allow our self determination to set us on paths clearly not ordained for our lives filled with complicated loyalties. We find that giving explanations for our actions are riddled with the appearance of truth, or the quality of seeming to be true. Our falsehoods are given a gloss of moral sanction.

A deep awareness of, and sympathy for another's suffering are traits within us all as civilized people. These qualities of compassion or consideration for others, people or animals, are honed to perfection with usage. The giver who shows great kindness and assistance toward the distressed in time of difficulty, has provide something for which the receiver to be thankful.

When an event that is experienced create thoughts and/or feelings of important things to come, let them not be ignored. Sometimes a surprising experience, however painful the incident, was meant to get our attention. We can base silent, non-verbal signals as communications or objective evidence of the presence of a disorder or disease. This can be the basis for belief, disbelief, or knowledge on which to base our belief, in people and/or things.

The distinguishing features and personal nature shared by the wise men of this, and all other ages, are their long study and gained mastery in one or more disciplines. They each are endowed with the trait of utilizing knowledge and experience, with common sense and insight. Many of these great scholars, who's so creative in their use of the mind, are often not noticed by the masses until their departure from earth.

The benefits of living under God's law, are fruits of the Spirit, such as love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. There are no laws against these fruits of the spirit. Living under the authority, law or word of God puts to death sins, passions, and desires of the flesh. Let us keep in step with commandments put in place to govern our lives that we may not become conceited, provoking, and envious of each other.

We are born to be free. Do not construe or assign meaning that our freedom is self-determination to do as we please. We should however, humbly serve one another in love. For without love in our midst, we have the ability to destroy one another.

To achieve a successful loving relationship, we might need to alter the way we think. Whenever we look at being in love as a lifestyle, instead of a goal, we may find it effortless to adopt the habits that contributes to a successful love-life. Be a vessel of help for one another, do not allow our help to be a means of control.

It is written, "For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh.They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law." Be of a renewed spirit. No other person can fill our emptiness, for only God can fill us up. Two united spirits that come together must have an aligned purpose in God mutually filled with his word. We cannot draw from an empty spiritual well expecting happiness. For love to be enough, come together with a like-minded purpose for the kingdom. Two people already filled with faith and love for the divine, become united spirits for the kingdom of God. Be well within the body of Christ, yourself, and then your marriage shall be well.

It is written, “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” This divine text is true with money and idols. We may have to release from an attachment or connection to material possessions in order to gain spiritual ones. The act of dividing, or disconnecting, causing a state of separation between persons or groups will release God's promise in our lives. We pass from a physical state to that of a spiritual phase when isolated or detached from earthly concerns.

When in a relationship, transparency is important. One person in the union often leads the other to believe something that is not true, there is an erosion of trust. A person who has lied or who lies repeatedly does not conform to reality or actuality. They often omit details and manipulate circumstances to comply with whatever story that is invented to fit the scenario.     

Men of God are born from Queens to be Kings, willing to serve, not Servants, willing to be King. Their faith in God will supply their daily needs. Those Kings who recognize their birth right, shall not bow-down to other people who view themselves as an institution set up to provide help to the needy. Our help comes from God, the Lord of Lords, and King of Kings.

The children of God are under attack. God wants to break the chains and strongholds of the enemy trying to rule over the just. The enemy wants to hold God's people captive through what appears to be abundance and riches. But God is saying to the righteous, the wealth of the wicket is laid up for the just. We are asking God to bring us out of the darkness through His provisions. We have an assignment as believers to use what is given to us to do kingdom work to save the just. This is why we are here.

When we love someone unconditionally, we give them a sense of being honored, esteemed, or well regarded. This unconditional love becomes conditional, when we notice the person we love returning time and time again to an abusive situation. We hurt when they hurt, so to stop our own pain, we take their possession or control of our love, and it is unable to be found and sometimes recovered.

We all must do our part to turn the ways of the world around. When we are seduced by a person based on their rude and obnoxious behavior, and this is desired over exhibiting courtesy and politeness, the world has lost its way. When taking advantage of someone is disregarded as normal, and showing regard for others in manners, speech and behavior is shunned, we have a problem. Integrity characterized by socially acceptable morals should be the norm.

A person of sound character is totally different from one who feels themselves to be morally justified. These kinds of people come across to others as excessively or hypocritically pious, with a sickening holier-than-thou smile. Whether we are one of these people, or have first-hand knowledge of one, it will never become self-evident, because no mirror exist that allows us to see it within ourselves.   

When we live for others image of who they think we are, we die inside from fake perfection. Some people we meet will ride to the end, and others will come and go. When we buy loyalty, it's great, unless we run out of money. Then, there's only the memories of those who truly loved us once, and would have been there through it all if not crowded out by those with an exclusive possession or control over our actions. The good people are now gone, we only hope they never forget us.

When God gets all of you, He will give you all of Him. We must decrease ourselves for Him to increase our lives. Your imperfections become perfect.

Wisdom is the ability to apply divine truths to this environment in which we live. Once our lives are committed to God, we become one body, and are not alone. Therefore, if you die in your sinful life, before you die in your earthly life, then you won't die when you die.

To be more like God, we must offer of ourselves. To give what is desired or needed, especially support, food or sustenance. The work done by one person or group that benefits another is pleasing to God.
