CLIMBING OUT OF THE DEPTHS OF SHALLOW LIVING

When under the bondage of sin, we are in a state of being kept down by unjust use of force, authority, or an oppressive power. We act in disregard of divine laws, or rules thus causing estrangement from God.

Through the desire to have or do something that we know we should avoid is how the enemy of God lures man. The enemy uses something that seduces or has the quality to seduce, even other men or women. Mans' adversary will use things that attract by seeming to promise some kind of reward, such as money, drugs, or status concealed by a gentle facade. Faith in God through His Son Jesus Christ and His word is the deterrent power of the evil one's weapons of persuasion.

Do not use the fundamental reasons or rationale for forgiveness to get your own way. Be sincere in asking and the granting of forgiveness.

Be a person without false impression, one who is wise and righteous. Let not your duty blind your understanding. Philosophy is nowadays discredited, but yet it was always the chief concern of the wise. The art of rational, logical thought has been degraded. And yet the discovery of deceit has always been thought to be the true sustenance of a thoughtful mind and the delight of a virtuous soul.  

The day of the trumpet is upon us when God will cut away the cancer that is destroying the world. He, in His wrath, shall bring a state of misfortune, affliction, adversity, psychological suffering, extreme physical pain and a life of hardship, especially financial upon man that neither silver nor gold will be able to save them. Gather yourselves together and repent before the day of the Lord's anger comes against you.

The transgressing of an exchange of promises in a relationship between people, (especially an emotional connection), with morally objectionable behavior done in secret, can destroy the foundation of the union even when the other party is unaware. To violate a law, duty, or moral principle through an action of going beyond or overstepping some boundary or limit lowers the quality and standards of what is considered good conduct.

When we live under divine influence, a disposition of kindness and compassion becomes a distinguishing characteristic of gracefulness within us, indicative of God's redeeming compassion towards His flock. Being under a state of sanctification by God serves as a sign to others that we are set apart and declared as belonging to, derived from, or associated with a divine power. As a rise in crime may be suggestive of social breakdown, the increase in those who accept the leadership of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is symptomatic of a holy transition taking place in this world.

As we pray for our family causes us to act as an assistant in a subordinate or supportive capacity to God. We should speak in defense of our relationships, fight against, and resist strongly the worldly influences working in opposition to our marriages through prayer. God's support keeps the family together when we pray and get out of His way. God is a new or reserve supply of love that can be drawn upon when needed. Pray daily and adopt as a belief that God will deliver us and our relationships from the snare of the fowler.  

Appeal to, request earnestly of, or call upon God in supplication. Express your need, desire, or want for any good thing and you shall come into possession of that wished for. Seek God intimately and entreat communication with our Lord and Savior. Ask of Him and all that is good of this world is yours.
