FEAR IS NOT OF GOD

To decapitate a person based on religious reasons to cause fear really isn't of God. These acts are based on, acting or judging in error and is of satan. To follow a practice obstinately perverse in judgment or opinion should bring, or is deserving of severe rebuke and/or censure.
